For Curlisto Gift Certificate:
The In-Salon Gift Certificate can be used toward any in salon service and/or product purchase. The In-Salon Gift Certificate can NOT be used for on-line store purchases. All In-Salon Gift Certificates are NOT redeemable for cash or gratitude and will expire one year after the date of purchase.
For Product Purchases:
All international orders going to countries other than South Africa, Netherlands and Cyprus where we have distributors can be emailed to info@curlisto.com. Curlisto will NOT ship orders within the United States to P.O. box addresses. Please call 212-997-8810 if you have any questions concerning our Terms or Conditions.
We cannot accept returns on any 16oz or 32oz product. Therefore, we recommend that all new clients purchase 4oz size product for initial trial.
Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept return on all combs and brushes due to
When items are purchased as kits, we can accept returns only on COMPLETE kits, not individual items.
Customer has to e-mail rma@curlisto.com to get a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Once this is done, please send us your package via an insured and prepaid method within seven days (we recommend UPS or USPS). Within your return package, we require that you include a copy of your invoice and RMA number. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. The total process must be completed within the 30 days grace period.
According to New York Health Regulation: All brushes and combs are not returnable.
On all orders that receive free shipping: Shipping & Handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
