All online orders shipped to United States addresses are shipped by UPS Ground. You will receive your products within seven business days from the date your order is processed.
All international orders should be either be called in or emailed to info@curlisto.com. All packages are sent via United States Postal Service International Express 5 day Service, and does not include customs tax.
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of the time you place your order. Orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday will be processed the following business day.

UPS Shipping Guidelines
UPS attempts to deliver packages three times within three consecutive business days. After three delivery attempts, UPS will send you a postcard with instructions to receive your package. They will hold your package for seven business days. If UPS does not receive a response from you they will return the package to Curlisto System’s warehouse.
Typically, UPS requires a signature when the package is delivered.
Please note that it is up to the discretion of the driver whether or not she/he feels it is safe to leave the package without a signature.
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
